Glitzy Glitter | Day 5 MFT Camp Create 2017

Hi everyone! I'm on day 5 of MFT Camp Create 2017, the final day! Today's theme is glitter!

Here's my take on the theme:

For this card I used MFT's Fancy Flowers stamp set. I heat embossed it in gold embossing powder and colored it with my copic marker. I inked the card with Spun Sugar distress ink and added pink dew drops. For the glitter I cut out the word friend from the Fancy Flowers stamp set in gold glitter cardstock from MFT and placed that on my card.

It's been a fun week with Camp Create!

Divine Dry Embossing | Gather 'Round the Campfire

Good evening!
MFT had a Bonus night to create an extra card! So we must gather 'round the campfire and show off what we've created!

Here's my extra card for tonight. First I used some Spun Sugar distress ink on my white card panel. I used the Fancy Stitched Floral from MFT and dry embossed it on the panel as well. I used some black and white washi tape from Doodle Bug Designs to run along the side of my card base and glued my panel down, then stamped a sentiment. This card came together so fast! And this was my first time dry embossing as well. I just picked up the embossing pads from MFT my last order and I'm so happy I did!

Sensational Sliders | MFT Camp Create Day 4

Hi everyone!
Today is day 4 of MFT Camp Create 2017! And today's theme is slider cards.
Here is my take on the theme!

I used the Wild Flowers stamp from Brutus Monroe, heat embossed it in white embossing powder and used three shades of distressed inks on the panel. The fairy is also from Brutus Monroe called Fairy Magic, I colored her with copic markers. I used a slider die from Your Next Stamp and the spin and slide disc from MFT.

Spectacular Shakers | MFT Camp Create 2017 Day 3

Hello Everyone,
Today is day 3 of the MFT Camp Create 2017! Today's theme is shaker cards.
Here is my take on the Spectacular Shaker Card theme!

I used the Mermaizing stamp set from My Favorite Things. I colored the mermaid in with copic markers. The sequins are from Craftin' Desert Diva's.

Emboss Resist | MFT Camp Create Day 2

Hello everyone!
Today is day 2 of the MFT Camp Create 2017, and today's technique is Remarkable Resist.

For my background stamp I used the Hardwood background stamp from Stampin' Up with white embossing powder. I used the Natural Tint color from Peerless watercolors to watercolor over the background. For my flower dies I used most of the same colors from the MFT video Stephanie made. I used the Happy Birthday sentiment from a Brutus Monroe stamp set called Sharon's script. Added some sequins, and that completed my card for today.
