CASology Cue Card Challenge Week #204 | Row

Hi crafty friends! This weeks at CASology Cue Card Challenge #204 the theme is ROW! Sure I wanted to put ducks in a row, or row a boat, but I decided to make a row of blocks.

Here is my card!

I used Neenah white cardstock 80 lb. for the the base. Lavender cardstock for the top panel, I used a rectangle stitched die to cut it out. I used the Welcome Baby stamp set from Sugar Pea Designs and stacked the blocks in a row for the theme. The inks I used were the gradient inks from Brutus Monroe, Sea Glass and Royal. I also added wink of stella to the rocking horse. I am in love with this stamp set. and the inks are beautiful! Last was a piece of twine and added Royal gradient ink to give it some color.

And that's my card for this challenge, I really hope you like it!

CASolgy Cue Challenge #203 | Congratulations

Hello everyone, I'm coming in at the last moment for this challenge! This weeks theme at Casology Cue Card Challenge is Congratulations.

For this card I used the Pretty Pink Posh dies to create a frame for my card.  My stamp image is from Brutus Monroe, and the congratulations came from another stamp set. I colored the bouquet with copic markers. I really love the green frame around this card.

I hope you like it too!

{Clean and Simple } CASology #202 – Masculine | Father's Day Deer Card

Hello everyone, today is my first time participating in the CASology Cue Card Challenge! Yay, so knowing guys do not like things too flashly, I was inspired today to create a Father's Day card for my husband from me. The reason I say that is he married into a ready made family. I have four children, and when we met two were still living at home. So he took on the role as a dad without skipping a beat! So inside the card I wrote him a little letter thanking him for all he has done as still does as a dad, and now as a grandfather!

Week 202 - Masculine

Here is my card, he loves to hunt and be outdoors, so this worked out great.
I used Kraft cardstock for the card base, watercolor paper for the top panel. I stamped the deer heed with Brushed Corduroy distress ink and added a mist of water, this gave the deer a water color look without actually painting, solid stamps are perfect for this technique. I made similar cards like this last Christmas. The top panel is pop up with dimensionals, and I also added a plastic paper clip for a little something extra. This card was so super simple to make, and very enjoyable!
